By accessing or using ZeroMRF™ (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

ZeroMRF™ provides:

• Waste tracking and chain-of-custody management
• QR code scanning and Track Sack monitoring
• ESG reporting and compliance certification
• Operational notifications via email and SMS
• Customer portal access for facility managers

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

Consent to Receive Messages: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from ZeroMRF™ at the number provided.

Message Types:

• Pickup notifications and assignments
• Delivery confirmations
• System alerts and status updates
• Urgent operational communications

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your activity and role. You may receive up to 10 messages per day during active operations.

Carrier Charges: Standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.

Opt-Out: You can opt-out at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any text message
• Visiting zeromrf.com/unsubscribe

Help: Reply HELP to any text message or contact [email protected] for assistance.

Supported Carriers: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most major US carriers.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Falsify scan events or operational data
• Use the Service to harm or defraud others

While we strive for accuracy, ZeroMRF™ does not guarantee:

• 100% uptime or availability
• Error-free operation
• Complete accuracy of GPS tracking
• Real-time data updates in all circumstances

Users are responsible for verifying critical data and reporting discrepancies immediately.

All content, features, and functionality of ZeroMRF™ are owned by ERM Solutions LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Service
• Reverse engineer or decompile the software
• Use our trademarks without permission

Service fees are based on your subscription plan. You agree to:

• Pay all fees on time
• Provide accurate billing information
• Notify us of any billing disputes within 30 days

Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Update pricing with 30 days notice
• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Implement security updates

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may immediately terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your access will be disabled
• Outstanding fees remain due
• You may request a data export within 30 days

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZEROMRF™ AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or errors
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZeroMRF™, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
